Randy Godwin and John Fatzaun have been in the construction business for over 25 years serving clients throughout eastern North Carolina. For most of those years, they’ve focused on serving clients and their concrete needs through their sister company, Premier Concrete Design. Now, Premier Construction Development looks to expand and offer the same excellent and quality service building Premier homes from the ground up!

Our base of operations is located in Wilson, NC, but we serve clients throughout all of eastern North Carolina. We would love to share more about our vision and how we can get you and your family into the Premier custom home of your dreams!
